The Navigational IT Assessment and Roadmap is an intensive analysis of a company's business objectives, current challenges, and existing IT environment. The IT environment is analyzed on the infrastructure, platform, and application levels to provide a holistic view of the organization's IT environment and areas for improvement. People, processes, and workflow are also analyzed as part of the assessment. After interviews and discovery take place, the executive or management team is assembled to review and discuss findings and to shape a roadmap for the affective implementation and support of information systems.
