Navigtional Workshop

The Navigational Workshop was designed to provide executive teams with strategic IT guidance and immediate traction towards developing a plan around the effective use of technology. The workshop is quick-hitting and centered around a four hour session held with a company's management or executive team and a set of enCompass advisors representing the key areas of technology.

The four hour session is typically divided into four parts:

  1. Discovery, assessment, recognition of current state, and shaping of future state
  2. Charting, recognition of key areas for improvement, and gap analysis
  3. Prioritization of challenges and areas for improvement
  4. Development of tentative IT Roadmap
